How to leave a comment/reply on the Locals app?

Who can leave and where can I leave comments/replies?

Only supporters can see or leave comments/replies to posts in communities that have them enabled. You can comment on posts or reply to other comments in the community on the app or on the community website (i.e. CommunityName.locals.com).

How to leave a comment/reply in the Locals app

After launching the app, tap the My Communities icon near the bottom (it looks like 2 people). This will take you to your aggregate newsfeed that will show posts from all the communities you belong to on Locals.



From here, you can choose to comment on any of the posts from communities that you are subscribed to in the aggregate feed by selecting the comment icon.





Alternatively, you can comment on posts from within a specific community. To do this, select the logo of the community you want to go to at the top of your My Communities page.



Then, from the community feed, select the comment icon on the post you want to leave a comment. You can also scroll up and down to view other member's comments on the post. To reply to another member's comment, tap reply.
