Why didn’t my coins get added to my wallet on the Locals app?

If you purchased coins through the mobile app and got charged, but no coins were added to your wallet, you can usually resolve this by doing the following:

If you are at a community page (i.e. The Rubin Report)


Go to your Settings by tapping your portrait on the bottom right, and then tap "Manage Subscriptions."
Next, tap the plus sign on the top right corner.
Then tap "Restore Purchase" or if you don't see that option, long press on the "Buy" button, and this should restore your purchase.

If you are at the "My Newsfeed" page (It will show the Locals logo on the top left icon)


Go to your Settings by tapping your portrait on the bottom right, then tap "Locals Wallet."
Then tap "Restore Purchase" or if you don't see that option, long press on the “Buy” button, and this should restore your purchase.



If this does not work, please send the receipt you received from Apple or Google Play for the charge to support@locals.com

TV App



If you purchased coins through the TV app and got charged, but no coins were added to your wallet, you can usually resolve this by attempting to restore your purchase

Log into the TV app with the account you initially made the purchase on (make sure you have at at least version 1.5.2)
Go to the Settings on the left side bar
Click on Support Status tab
Below, there should be a "Restore" button, click it


If this does not work, please send the receipt you received from the platform your purchase on (ie Apple, Amazon, Google) to support@locals.com
