How to manage Live Stream/Chat Tips
When a creator starts a live stream or chat, supporters have the option to send a tip with the message they send in the chat.
This message will be highlighted so that it's easier to see for everyone in the chat. To see how one can leave a tip in a live stream/chat, click here.
Creators can also sort the messages in the live chat by Tippers only so it makes it easier to answer the tipped messages while hosting a live stream or chat.
The last 3 tippers message will be displayed at the top. This will update itself as more tips come in, showing the most recent tips.
If you mouse over them, it will display the tipped message in full in case you missed them in the actual chat.
You have the option to also reply through the chat right away by clicking the 3 dots and choosing Reply.
If you want to get rid of a tip notification at the top that you've read already, you can click on it and it will disappear and make room for others (after clicking on it, it will turn gray for 5 seconds). If you want to view the full list of tippers in this chat session, click View More or change the sort above from View All to View Tippers
Since tips are given using Locals coins currency, will will convert them and automatically pay you out the following month. To learn more, click here.
