How do I filter what I see in the newsfeed?

Go to a community page and login (i.e. communityname.locals.com). Just above the newsfeed, on the left and right you will see post filter and sorting options.

“Posts by” allows you to control whose posts you see in the newsfeed

Clicking any of the options on the drop down will cause the newsfeed to only show posts in that category:

"Posts by All" will show all posts in the community.

“Posts by [Creator Name]” will only show posts from the Creator.

“Posts by Team Member” will only show posts from the Creator’s team. You will also see a menu where you can filter it even more by specific team member, by clicking on that team member's portrait.

“Posts by Followed” will show posts by members you are following in that community.

“Bookmarks” will show any posts that you’ve bookmarked.

“Supporters Only Posts” will only show you posts that are exclusive to supporters. You will also see a menu where you can filter it even more by clicking on Creator, Team or Supporters.

"Posts by Me" will only show posts that you've published in the community.

“Sort by” allows you to sort the posts by different attributes

"Most Recent" will sort the newsfeed by showing most recently posted posts first.

"Most Likes" will sort the newsfeed by showing posts with the most likes first.

"New Comments" will sort the newsfeed by showing posts with the newest comments first.

"Trending" will sort the newsfeed by most recent popular posts.

"Oldest" will sort the newsfeed by showing the oldest posts first.

Note: If a creator has pinned any posts, these will show at the top of the newsfeed regardless of your sorting settings.
