How do I view all my subscriptions?
You can view this one locals.com
Find the hamburger menu icon in the lower left side of the page once you've logged it. It should be next to your Username. Click on the Coins and Subscriptions option in the drop down.
Community subscriptions/support will be located on the right column.
If you want to see details and perform actions for your support, click to Expand the subscription you want to see
For renewing subscriptions, you can:
Update to an annual plan- this is only if you currently have a monthly plan and annual is available in the community. You cannot change annual plans to monthly.
Change the support amount - only applicable for monthly plans
Change card - if you need to update your existing card for this subscription, the new card will be used to charge your next renewal
Cancel subscription - this is if you want to stop your subscription from renewing again, starting from the next renewal. Canceling DOES NOT mean you get a refund of the remaining time you have on the subscription. You have already paid for the billing period and will continue to have supporter access until the end of the paid period.
Re-subscribe - this option is only available when you have canceled a subscription. If you change your mind before the end of the paid period and want to continue the subscription after all, you can re-subscribe and this means that we will renew your subscription as scheduled. This will only be available for as long as the subscription is active. If the subscription has already expired, you will just need to create a new subscription if you want to regain supporter benefits in a community.
For 1 time support - there are no settings to manage since you cannot change anything about a 1 time support. They are paid up front and will only last for the duration of the support period you selected. They DO NOT renew so if you would like to continue getting supporter access after the 1 time support ends, you can either create a subscription that will renew or give another 1 time support.
Make sure when giving 1 time support, you give it once the previous one ends, as the support period is started immediately once it's given. Doing so while you still have an active 1 time support means you may be paying for overlapping support periods.
