How do I edit my profile/change my Display Name/change my profile picture?
Go to locals.com and login, which will take you to your “My Newsfeed’ page (locals.com/feed). From there, click your username/portrait on the top right. Select “View Profile” from the dropdown. (you can also access this the same way from the Account Settings page).
You can view your profile information here. You can also see how many followers you have and how many people you are following (click on either to see the members listed). If you scroll down, you will also see all the posts you’ve ever published. If you want to edit your profile, click the 3 dots next to your picture and select “edit profile."
From the edit screen, you can change or update your profile information. You can change your Display Name and write/edit your bio (both of which are optional). If you have a Rumble account, you can choose to link to it in your Locals profile. You can also toggle on/off what information is visible to other members on your profile, such as your location, your posts, etc. and if you want to be findable in search engines outside of Locals. If you want to change your profile picture, click “Change Photo” to upload a photo from your computer/device. Once you’re finished making any changes, be sure to click save.
