How do I delete my community?

If you would like to delete your community, please email support@locals.com with the "Subject: Delete Community" with the email address that owns the community.

Once we have deleted your community, this action cannot be reversed. So make sure to export any uploads or your members list beforehand that you would like to keep for yourself.

Before you request community deletion, please make sure all your supporter subscriptions are canceled. If you have a Stripe account connected, make sure to disconnect your Stripe account and cancel all subscriptions before deleting your community (you'll see the option to automatically cancel any subscriptions when you go to disconnect Stripe).
