For those creators earning more than $20k a year on Locals, Stripe will issue a 1099 that can be accessed here:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/documents

For those creators earning less than $20k a year on Locals, a report on what revenues were generated can be created as follows:
Go to your Stripe dashboard
Go to Reports
Financial reports
Balance Summary
Select Last Year
Scroll down to payouts
Select Download
