How to read the Member Lookup

The Member look up page shows creators everyone is currently a part of the community.

Note that the list will only show members who have fully completed the sign up process. If they started the sign up process through your community but never completed their profile, they will not show up on this list.

The table shows the following information:



User - shows the username and email address

Email address is only shown to creators in Starter/Pro communities. If you have a Basic community, you will only be able to see email addresses of your supporters.

Type - shows the different types of members. You can also use the filter to filter certain types.

- Member - anyone who's joined your community and is not paying
- Supporter (monthly) - someone who created a monthly subscription to your community
- Supporter (yearly) - someone who has created a yearly subscription to your community
- 1-time Supporter - someone who supported you for 1-time (not a renewing subscription)
- Cancelled Supporter - someone who use to have a subscription but has cancelled (these supporters may still have supporter rights if they cancelled during their billing cycle)

Rights - rights that you give to members of your community. You can also use the filter to filter certain types.

- Free Member
- Super Member
- Team Member
- Admin - this is an admin of your community which you assigned under settings
- Locals Team - this is a Locals admin
- Blocked - members who you've blocked from your community and are banned from joining again. Note that in order to see the blocked members on this list, you need to use the filter.

Comments/Posts/Likes/Views - counter of these items for each user (note: Views is actually the number of times a user has visited your community on your website)

Charges - if they have supported, how many times they've been charged

Members since - the date that the member joined your community

Supporter since - the date that the supporter first supported if they have a subscription

Cancelled on - date that a supporter cancelled their subscription

Amount - the total amount that a supporter has contributed to you in their lifetime

Active Amount - what is the monthly support you are getting from this member (if supporter gave annually, this number is split to a monthly amount)

Tips Given - how many tips a member has given in your community

Tips Received - how many tips a member has received in your community

Payment - the type of payment method the supporter used to give money, includes Stripe (credit card) or Coins

Location - what is the location of the member that they entered on their profile

Filters and Export



As mentioned above, you can filter based on type and rights. You can also break it down further by filtering on different attributes. If you would like to export, you can do so as well based on the filters.

If you have mailing address collection enabled, your exported file will also contain mailing address info of users.
